The staff are all excellent co-operating.

We secured a suite with a balcony, a pull-out bed, and a spacious whirlpool tub, making our stay truly enjoyable.

Recently refurbished property with TOP-CLASS employees on the customer service provided to us by the stuff. Absolutely wonderful and comfortable location in the very nice area, very close to the airport as well as the resturants. For tea or coffee visit La Farina Bakery nearby.

the rooms at Heron are dark and crummy. Flamingo is much better.

Small hotel in a very nice area next to Vacation Village check in, Easy to get to and Weston before at Mizner. Exceptionally comfortable bed and huge and impeccably clean rooms. Marvellous and beautiful location with private parking on-site. Easy check-in, late check-out. Nice pool.

I liked the workers, they were very nice.

I did not like my room and asked for a bigger room and was told nothing was available even though I saw rooms with balconies across from me in the next building that no one had occupied.

I did not realize that there would be no regular maid service.
